Call our office immediately to inform us. Please note that we have a No refund policy, No refunds regardless of the circumstances. But store credit may be avalible.

We service Carbon, Emery and Grand Counties. Please contact us for other areas as they may be serviced as well.

Is a deposit needed?

Yes, all rentals and purchases must curently be prepaid.

Are we responsible if the rentals get damaged in any way?

Accepted Answer

Yes and No, You are not responsible for normal wear on the rentals. Any other damages you are fully responsible for.

Do we need to be home when the rentals are being delivered?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Someone 18 or older must be present at all times.
